Property Renovations

We were instructed to attend and quote to renovate and update a one bedroomed apartment.  On arrival it was clear that the previous tenant had used the radiators for drying clothes, which had caused damp due to condensation.  This meant that the whole property needed stripping back to bare brick and re-plastering.  The flooring had become damaged from wear and tear and the electrics required updating to conform to current landlord standards, this included light switches, sockets and fitments.  The bathroom needed updating as well as the kitchen and floor coverings throughout.
